Commerce Senior UXUI Designer

As a UI/UX/Product Designer at [REDACTED], you will play a crucial role in leading design work, executing Figma-first design processes, creating designs for complex workflows and systems, and exploring innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scope Align and Lead Design Work:

• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define design opportunities by asking the right questions.

• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with varying levels of design literacy.

• Figma-First Execution (Source of Truth for Front End):

• Produce low-to-mid fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to clarify behavior.

• Define UI states and edge cases clearly in design.

• Document interaction and component behavior inside Figma using annotations and reusable components.

• Design for Complex Workflows & Systems:

• Simplify complex problems and design intuitive interfaces while maintaining design systems for consistency.

• Consider multi-step workflows, edge cases, permissions, integrations, scalability, and consistency across the product.

• Dive deep into understanding privacy workflows, regulations, and user pain points to identify design opportunities.

• Deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure UI matches the intended behavior.

• Exploration / Innovation:

• Experiment with AI-powered features to enhance privacy operations.

You are expected to have 4-8 years of UI/UX/Product Design experience, a proven track record of working independently, strong Figma proficiency, collaboration skills, systems thinking ability, excellent communication, and a strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, problem-solving process, B2B/enterprise product experience, and functional prototypes.
