Brand Designer

About the Role

We’re hiring a Brand Designer to design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership teams to define how the world sees and experiences [REDACTED].

While this role spans core brand and visual design, we're actively looking for someone with strong motion design capabilities. You’ll be a key creative partner in telling compelling stories through both static and animated content.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for digital, brand, and campaign needs
• Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and motion/animated content to support product launches, GTM, and internal communications
• Collaborate cross-functionally on brand evolution, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns, partnering closely with marketing teams to drive audience engagement and demand generation
• Own and evolve [REDACTED]’s design system to ensure visual consistency across all channels
• Support executive, investor, and sales presentations with creative design and storytelling
• Contribute to overall creative strategy and participate in campaign brainstorms

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in visual or motion design, ideally at a fast-paced startup or B2B SaaS company
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work across digital and brand
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Framer (required)
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools
• Strong skills in layout, typography, animation, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an understanding of marketing goals and audience engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-driven creative environment
• Plus: Knowledge of Lottie Files

Compensation

$110,000—$180,000 USD
