📋 Description

• Shape and evolve [REDACTED]’s visual identity across all touchpoints
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual stories for developers and technical decision-makers
• Design web graphics, technical diagrams, illustrations, and interactive visual assets
• Create visual systems for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
• Design digital, print, experiential, and merchandise formats
• Design booth graphics, signage, environmental branding, and event experiences
• Collaborate with the events team on memorable, on-brand experiences
• Design developer-focused merchandise and branded collateral
• Design website components, landing pages, data visualizations, social media graphics, blog imagery, and digital marketing assets
• Develop templates and design systems to enable efficient team execution
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to evolve and expand the [REDACTED] brand identity
• Explore visual directions while maintaining brand coherence
• Document design decisions and maintain brand guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills across digital, print, and experiential design
• Deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience identifying effective uses of AI in design workflows and building processes around it
• Ability to work in brand and production modes, from high-level concepts through detailed execution
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and understand direction
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Collaborative approach and ability to incorporate feedback while maintaining creative vision
• Experience designing for technical or developer-focused brands
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
• Experience using AI to build working first drafts of pages
• Understanding of design systems and component-based thinking
• Enthusiasm for learning about databases, infrastructure, and developer tools
