The Role

As a Brand Designer on [REDACTED]'s Design team, you will shape and evolve [REDACTED]'s visual identity, ensuring it resonates globally. This role exists to create a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all surfaces and touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align visual assets with [REDACTED]'s mission, amplifying its impact in the AI space.

What You Will Do

• Design engaging assets for campaigns, social media, websites, events, and product interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, comms, events, product, engineering, and design teams to integrate brand guidelines into every output.
• Develop graphics, presentations, infographics, and collateral that communicate [REDACTED]'s values and levels up its quality.
• Create tools, templates, and guidelines to enable teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content autonomously.
• Monitor design trends and best practices to keep [REDACTED]'s visual identity fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates brand identity development and graphic design expertise.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and print design best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams and bring cohesive brand experiences to life.
• A proactive mindset to stay ahead of design trends and apply them strategically.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and advocate for brand consistency.
