Associate UX Designer

As an Associate UX Designer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting and managing UX research, usability studies, user testing, and vibe coding sessions to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Producing wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity interfaces for large applications.
• Collaborating with engineers to deliver product specifications, assets, and development support throughout the lifecycle.
• Working with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define goals, and ensure business alignment.
• Championing enterprise design best practices, including data visualization, dark mode, and cross-platform UX.
• Establishing and maintaining design consistency across portfolios with Portfolio UX Design Leads.
• Using data-driven methods and experimentation to validate designs and optimize user experience.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technology-driven organization, preferably in aviation or enterprise software, delivering large-scale, multi-user platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred; UX certifications (e.g., HFI, NN/g, IDF) desirable.
• Proven experience conducting UX research, usability studies, user testing, and building personas.
• Strong prototyping and visual design skills; experience producing journey maps, site maps, style guides, and usability reports.
• Familiarity with Lean UX and agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Experience using modern design tools such as Figma and Miro, including AI-enabled features for rapid prototyping and collaboration.
• Knowledge or experience with vibe coding techniques as part of research and prototyping.
