Associate UX Designer
About this role
Role Overview:
You will be a seasoned UX Interaction Designer at [REDACTED], a part of [REDACTED], revolutionizing private markets data and technology for clients globally. You will collaborate with the Aladdin Design Team to apply UX governance across projects and assist in the evolution of [REDACTED] design patterns. Your role will involve designing high fidelity comps and prototypes primarily using Figma, and innovating new capabilities to simplify clients' business problems. You will work closely with various stakeholders and teams to drive the firm's platform transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prototype using a pre-defined UI pattern library using Figma
- Familiar with AI Prompts, AI Agents, and Agentic workflows
- Design high fidelity comps and prototypes primarily using Figma
- Assist in defining product strategy and roadmap
- Drive product vision, roadmaps, and design execution
- Collaborate with local India teams and US-based teams
- Innovate conceptualize design and pilot new capabilities
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to drive platform transformation strategy
Qualifications Required:
- 4-8 years of experience as an expert UX Designer and mid-level mentor
- Hunger for UX emerging technologies, AI, LLMs, and complex UI
- Proficiency in Figma and Figma Make prompt-to-design
- Affinity for data visualization
- Experience with data and/or analytic pipelines in or out of FinTech
- Love for design and data to solve problems
- Ability to tackle complex user interface design such as enterprise platforms, query builders, AI agents, and advanced automation tooling
- Strong prompt engineering experience with various LLMs
- Solid understanding of UX Design Best Practices and ability to articulate design decisions
