Job Description

[REDACTED] is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history, we surpassed $3B in revenue in our last fiscal year with extensive growth potential ahead.

At the heart of [REDACTED] are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. We're not just any public company – we made history in 2021 by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors.

As a Work Anywhere company, we support your flexibility to work from home or in the office, so you can thrive in your ideal environment.

Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.

The Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to build and grow standard Vault-to-Vault connections for Vault Medical. You will work closely with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to construct a product definition, a solution map, and roadmap, and define detailed product specifications.

We're looking for a self-starter that takes initiative with a natural ability to execute, adapt, and learn quickly when faced with ambiguity. You will work closely with a team of industry and technology A-players, who together are bringing to life the next generation of [REDACTED] products to Medical Affairs.

What You'll Do

  • Be hands-on. Design, prototype, define, configure Vault-to-Vault connections and validate solutions rapidly to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order
  • Be agile. Design, implement, iterate
  • Be a storyteller. Author & design high-quality specifications and communicate specific, actionable requirements to your engineering teammates
  • Be an owner. Create and manage the roadmap for your product area, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Keep up with the latest Medical Affairs software and Life Sciences industry trends, and distill them into product requirements
  • Be a team player. Work with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to build solutions that harmonize across [REDACTED] applications
  • Take pride in your work with a passion for excellence

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in product management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
  • Must be based in a region in the Eastern Standard Time zone
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart
  • Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog
  • Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
  • Track record of effectively collaborating with engineering/QA to define, design, and deliver the product

Interviewing with [REDACTED]

We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Here is the process you can expect.

  • Follow the application process and submit your resume.
  • Within 3 days, you will receive a link to a personality assessment administered by a third party.
  • Once you complete the assessment, our team will review your full application package and follow up via email with our decision.
  • If moving to the interview stage, the process is as follows:
    1. A conversation with the hiring manager
    2. A practical case exercise
    3. A final conversation with our group's Senior Leader.
  • Once all interviews are complete, the manager will be in touch with a final decision.
