About the role

As an Associate Product Manager at [REDACTED], you will focus on understanding how our product is used, analyzing usage patterns, surfacing insights, and helping the Product team make better decisions. This role is a member of the Product Engineering Team and works closely with Product, Customer Support, and Engineering.

You will develop a deep understanding of our users, not just through direct interaction, but by working closely with product usage data, customer feedback, and support trends. This is an entry-level role with growth potential for someone interested in product management, analytics, and legal technology. This role is focused on product insights and data analysis rather than traditional product management tasks such as writing user stories or managing delivery workflows.
