📋 Description

• Define customer and business problems using research, analytics, and stakeholder input
• Participate in discovery activities to identify user needs, workflow challenges, and opportunity areas
• Translate research findings and product requirements into clear design opportunities
• Collaborate with senior designers, engineers, and product management to connect design decisions to user and business outcomes
• Design cohesive solutions for defined features, workflows, or product areas
• Create annotated wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications communicating software behavior
• Apply established design-system components, patterns, and accessibility standards
• Improve shared components and interaction patterns with senior designers and design-system owners
• Participate in user research and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
• Partner with product management and engineering to translate needs into design requirements and deliverables
• Evaluate solutions for desirability, feasibility, and viability
• Incorporate feedback, research, and validation findings into design iterations
• Own assigned design work from exploration through delivery with guidance appropriate to work complexity
• Communicate user needs and provide evidence-based design recommendations
• Participate in discussions about priorities, trade-offs, and solution direction
• Present design work, explain rationale, and incorporate user and stakeholder feedback
• Raise risks, inconsistencies, and unresolved questions early to support shared decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design
• Experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or a related field
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate design rationale
• Proficiency in [REDACTED] and experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering to deliver digital product experiences
• Ability to connect user needs, product requirements, and business context
• Experience using qualitative or quantitative evidence to inform design decisions
• Ability to clarify moderately ambiguous problems with support from partners or senior designers
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver well-defined features or workflows
• Experience applying design systems, accessibility guidance, and validation practices

• Clear communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and recommendations
• Ability to independently manage assigned design work, identify dependencies, and raise risks
