📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design, from discovery and user flows through high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready assets, for data-driven digital products, services, and platforms
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in agile teams to address complex technical challenges
• Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant and accessible interfaces
• Use AI tools to accelerate design iterations, explore solutions at scale, and architect user experiences
• Maintain high standards for visual design, interaction design, and usability
• Contribute to and help evolve design systems and standards
• Participate in client-facing sessions, present work, incorporate feedback, and advocate for users

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product design
• Portfolio showcasing intuitive and impactful interfaces for web or mobile applications
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as [REDACTED] and design systems
• AI prototyping experience is a plus
• Strong grounding in UX principles, design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards
• Experience working with or alongside data products, AI/ML models, or analytics dashboards is a plus
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Passion for continuous learning
• Consulting or agency experience is a plus but not required
