Assistant Lead Engineer - UI/UX (Software Development)
About this role
Design and develop engaging user experiences for various applications, part of the software development team, supporting translation of user needs and business requirements into features and functionalities, making elegant design decisions, and conceptualizing high-level design strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Minimum 3 years of UX design experience
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview
- Hands-on experience in UIUX
- Expertise in standard UIUX design tools specially FIGMA
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesising abstract ideas into visuals
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver designs for approval
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
