📋 Description
- Lead the delivery of data and analytics products
- Combine Product Ownership, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and healthcare/pharmacy domain expertise
- Manage delivery of data, analytics, BI, or digital products
- Engage stakeholders and engineer requirements
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Analytics Delivery, Data Product Management, or similar
- Strong experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance
- Experience delivering data, analytics, BI, or digital products
- Understanding of healthcare/pharmacy data, patient journeys, medication data, pharmacy operations, claims, and healthcare KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Data Warehouses/Data Lakes, Snowflake/Databricks, or cloud data platforms is desirable
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, ICD, RxNorm, NDC, or ATC is an advantage
