📋 Description

• Create and design albums for customers using the [REDACTED] editor, a third-party proofing system, and [REDACTED] tools when needed
• Curate customer images
• Communicate with the Account Manager, Program Manager, and customers in a timely manner
• Communicate bugs or needed improvements in appropriate [REDACTED] channels
• Conduct phone calls with Design Service customers upon request
• Handle daily direct email correspondence with Design Service customers
• Manage multiple projects and delivery drafts effectively and efficiently, completing them on time
• Provide additional revenue to the company and white-glove customer service
• Start in October 2026; assignment may end as early as January 2027 depending on volume

🎯 Requirements

• Availability between 15–35 hours per week, with hours dependent on volume and not guaranteed
• Flexible schedule
• Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong eye for composition, including framing and balancing design
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] tools is helpful
• Ability to communicate directly, efficiently, and empathetically both verbally and in writing
• Excellent attention to detail and proven ability demonstrated in past work
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
