📋 Description
- Own the strategy and execution for key areas of [REDACTED]'s customer experience platform, aligning product plans with measurable quality and business outcomes.
- Use modern AI tools to prototype agent workflows, refine prompt structures, and establish robust evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and telemetry for production quality.
- Design the balance between automation and human oversight, including escalation paths, workspace tools, auditability, and safety controls.
- Spend dedicated time with enterprise clients to understand constraints, translate user feedback into actionable requirements, and drive feature adoption.
- Partner across Engineering, Forward Deployed Experts, and Leadership to align technical architecture, streamline product launches, and navigate cross-team dependencies.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience shipping technical enterprise software, developer platforms, or complex workflow automation products.
- Hands-on experience building with AI, including direct exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, multi-step orchestration, or tool integration.
- Startup Agility & Ownership: Proven ability to manage your own work autonomously, navigate organizational ambiguity, and lead zero-to-one product initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable diving into technical details with engineering teams, including APIs, data models, retrieval, tool usage, and evaluation systems.
- Builder Mindset: Direct experience using AI coding, prototyping, and modern developer tools to build working proofs of concept and validate product ideas quickly.
- Customer-Centric Instincts: Strong track record of converting complex enterprise customer problems into clear, scalable product requirements and intuitive workflows.
