AI Product Designer

[REDACTED] is the first revenue engine for startups. We're building the AI native platform that replaces legacy CRM and disparate sales point solutions.

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Designer to craft [REDACTED]'s AI-first product experiences. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product, design, and modern AI UX.

What you'll do:

• Design AI-native product experiences
• Partner closely with product and engineering to define requirements, implementation, and testing plans, and execute against them
• Own end-to-end design from discovery through shipped product and continuous improvement
• Elevate usability, clarity, and visual polish across the product
• Contribute to evolving design systems and modern UI patterns

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of product design experience delivering shipped digital products
• Strong ownership mindset and self-driven execution
• Comfort designing non-deterministic or AI-powered experiences
• Strong craft across interaction, visual, and systems thinking
• Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering in fast-shipping, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Brand design or visual identity experience
• Experience improving or evolving design systems
• Background designing complex software
• Experience prototyping in code, with or without AI assistance
