📋 Description

• Take an idea or growth request and turn it into a working project
• Build fast prototypes using AI-first tools such as Figma Make, Claude Design, or similar
• Move between UI, UX, motion, and light front-end work depending on project needs
• Turn requirements into wireframes and working prototypes
• Generate visuals to support designs
• Prototype and iterate quickly, using AI to move faster
• Work across different products as part of the Growth team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to code your own designs, or get close using AI tools
• Ability to add animations at the code level
• Ability to turn requirements directly into wireframes
• Ability to generate the visuals, copy, and video designs need
• Daily use of LLMs such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
• Ability to get strong results from LLMs
• Enjoyment of experimenting with new AI tools and workflows
• Fresh portfolio confirming the stated capabilities
• Portfolio required, showing something built or significantly improved using AI
• Bonus: built and shipped own side projects from start to finish
