📋 Description
- Create and animate performance creatives from scripts and storyboards
- Find visual solutions independently for scenes without ready-made source material
- Create AI-generated images and video and blend them with live action, stock footage, and UI
- Animate the [REDACTED] app, [REDACTED] Watch, and other device interfaces
- Work with tracking, compositing, masking, rotoscoping, and VFX
- Handle editing, sound design, and final assembly
- Create new versions of winning creatives and test new hooks and visual concepts with the team
- Try new AI tools and bring them into production when they improve speed or quality
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ year of commercial experience in motion design
- Confident with [REDACTED] After Effects, Graph Editor, tracking, and compositing
- Good sense of animation, timing, pacing, and composition
- Ability to integrate UI into devices and live-action footage realistically
- Solid basic skills in Photoshop/[REDACTED]
- Understanding of editing and sound design
- Experience with or interest in AI image/video generation
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Understanding of performance advertising, hooks, and creative effectiveness
- Ability to work independently without detailed instructions and handle tests and iterations calmly
- Nice to have: experience with performance marketing, paid social, or mobile apps
- Nice to have: experience creating ads for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or [REDACTED]
- Nice to have: [REDACTED], Cinema 4D, other 3D expressions, or automating repetitive tasks
- Nice to have: experience with health, wellness, or consumer apps
- Resume and/or [REDACTED] required
- Showreel/portfolio required; performance and AI creatives if available
