📋 Description

• Produce and deliver integrated marketing materials, including display ads, social content, email assets, animated banners, and social video
• Ensure visual assets adhere to the client’s global brand guidelines and strategic objectives
• Translate complex briefs into compelling visual solutions for a global audience
• Oversee projects from initial concept through final production
• Prepare files for international outputs and languages
• Utilize and experiment with GenAI tools such as NanoBanana, Imagen, VEO, and Midjourney
• Implement automation processes in Figma to streamline versioning and localization across multiple markets
• Stay current with emerging design technologies and AI-driven trends
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design thinking and technical feasibility insights
• Provide constructive feedback and quality control on team-produced work

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience in an agency or in-house team, ideally serving global tech clients
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools and AI-driven workflows for static and motion design
• Strong understanding of digital production, asset optimization, and scaling assets for multilingual campaigns
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams at pace
