📋 Description

• Design performance creatives and banners for paid acquisition campaigns across [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and other platforms
• Design landing pages and email templates for handoff to development teams; no coding required
• Create social media visuals and brand assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Use AI image-generation and workflow tools daily to generate variations, adaptations, backgrounds, and style-consistent assets
• Adapt existing concepts across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms while maintaining visual and brand consistency
• Collaborate with producers, requesters, lead designers, motion designers, prompt engineers, and marketing professionals
• Scope tasks and align on creative direction
• Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly across multiple rounds
• Maintain brand consistency across a high-volume, fast-paced task flow
• Deliver work in SLA mode with predictable turnaround timelines
• Apply basic performance awareness, including CTR, CPA, and spend, to inform creative decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Solid graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, colour, and hierarchy, demonstrated through a portfolio
• Branding and applying brand guidelines across high-volume static design
• Experience designing digital formats, including performance creatives, landing pages, newsletters, and ad creatives for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and similar platforms
• Ability to adapt concepts across different sizes, formats, and platforms
• Confident-level [REDACTED] skills, including auto-layout, components, and libraries
• Confident-level [REDACTED] Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• Practical experience with AI image-generation tools such as [REDACTED], Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, NanoBanana, Imagen, or equivalent
• Prompt engineering and reference-based generation for production use
• Familiarity with character/style consistency techniques such as LoRA, IP-Adapter, or ControlNet is a plus
• Experience using AI for production speed-ups, including variations, adaptations, upscaling, background work, and style transfer
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] plugins is a plus
• Templating and a systematic approach to high-volume tasks
• Delivery standards involving source-file organization, naming conventions, and export formats
• Experience working in SLA mode with predictable timelines
• Basic After Effects is desirable
• Proficiency in Russian
• English level B2+
