📋 Description

• Use AI tools to support ideation, concept development, and production
• Design brand identities, logos, and visual identity systems
• Create marketing assets including social media graphics, ads, brochures, flyers, and campaign materials
• Develop print and digital designs across multiple formats and platforms
• Create presentation decks, pitch materials, and corporate communications
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to understand briefs and deliver design solutions
• Refine ideas into polished, production-ready deliverables
• Adapt existing designs into new sizes, formats, and channels
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Review feedback and make revisions quickly and professionally
• Stay current with design trends, typography, layout, and visual communication best practices
• Communicate progress clearly and keep projects moving

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• AI skills are required
• Must know how to use AI creative tools as part of the normal design process
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity, marketing, and digital design work

• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Experience working with clients, agencies, or white-label projects preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment
• Available to collaborate within EST working hours
• Startup or agency experience
• Resume, portfolio, short note on AI tool experience, and explanation of managing multiple projects and deadlines required for application
