Join one of Australia's leading Applied AI consultancies, partnering with enterprise organisations to design and build production-ready AI solutions.

This is an opportunity to help define the next generation of AI experiences. You'll work alongside AI engineers to design products where large language models, intelligent agents and human interaction are at the centre of the experience, not simply an added feature.

You'll combine strong UX and UI fundamentals with a passion for AI to create intuitive, trusted and engaging experiences across consumer and enterprise products.

The Role

• Design end-to-end AI experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.
• Work closely with AI engineers to prototype, iterate and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Redesign existing user journeys and create new AI-native experiences.
• Shape AI agent behaviour, personality and tone of voice.
• Design conversational and agentic workflows that feel natural and intuitive.
• Conduct rapid research to identify where AI can remove friction and create value.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
• Contribute to visual identity, interaction design and product strategy.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI design tools and techniques.

About You

• 4+ years' experience in Product Design, UX/UI or Experience Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design.
• Experience designing AI products or AI-enabled user experiences.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, Claude or Codex.
• Excellent UX and visual design fundamentals.
• Ability to prototype and communicate ideas quickly.
• Comfortable working directly with engineers and technical stakeholders.
• Curious about emerging AI technologies and excited by rapid experimentation.
• Consulting experience or experience working with enterprise customers is highly regarded.
