📋 Description

• Map and synthesize hundreds of brand-building jobs-to-be-done across 30 legacy tools into a unified information architecture and intuitive agentic user flows
• Build high-fidelity, functional prototypes using [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or similar code-adjacent frameworks
• Translate prototypes directly to engineering teams
• Support the audit of a legacy design system and help define updated component libraries and interaction patterns for agentic AI workflows
• Set up, run, and analyze rapid usability testing via [REDACTED]
• Iterate quickly ahead of executive milestones
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align priorities
• Facilitate design reviews and communicate progress clearly across disciplines
• Design and prototype a flagship AI-driven Brand Building platform consolidating 30 legacy tools and hundreds of workflows
• Build stakeholder trust and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
• Communicate complex design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing complex software, SaaS platforms, or agentic/AI-driven workflow environments
• Proficiency building interactive screens using code-generating rapid prototyping tools such as [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or code-based [REDACTED] workflows
• Mastery of mapping fragmented multi-tool systems into streamlined, scalable platform architectures
• Familiarity with design systems and adapting them to chat, autonomy, canvas, and mixed-modality interactions
• Hands-on experience with quantitative/qualitative user research platforms such as [REDACTED]
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-facing environment
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and present design rationale clearly and confidently
• Candidate should be based in Canada and work hours aligned to ET or PT
