📋 Description

• We're seeking a creative powerhouse who can design scroll-stopping social ads and edit thumb-stopping videos for a large UK DTC e-commerce brand. • You'll work directly with the UK team, owning complete creative campaigns from concept through to iterations and improvements. • Consistently creating high-performing content that drives improvements in CTR, CPA, and hook rates. • Balancing direct response performance with brand consistency, capturing attention while maintaining premium brand standards. • Part of an integrated marketing team with direct access to performance data and clear progression opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English • 5+ years experience in social media advertising design and video editing • Proven portfolio with direct response Meta Ads experience • Strong understanding of both performance marketing and brand building • Ability to maintain at least 4 hours daily overlap with UK business hours • Fast and reliable internet connection; a backup power supply; your own laptop or desktop suitable for creative work; a quiet working environment.
