About the team

As a Lead Product Designer, you'll design the interfaces and workflows that make that autonomy usable, trustworthy, and clear for the organizations who rely on it. This is an individual contributor role. You’ll independently own complex design projects, work closely with product and engineering, and contribute to the quality of the broader product and design team.

Requirements

• Own the product experience
• Lead design end to end for one or more product areas
• Design for data-dense, high-stakes clinical and operational workflows
• Find the patterns underneath one-off requests and turn them into reusable solutions
• Design using the medium that best solves the problem: Figma, Claude Code, etc
• Use AI throughout the design process
• Hand off to engineering with clarity and collaborate throughout the implementation
• Review, iterate, improve
• Raise the craft bar without managing anyone
• Give specific, actionable design critique to designers across teams
• Mentor 2 to 3 designers through pairing, coaching,…
