📋 Description

• Join a new in-house team at one of the agency's top gaming clients
• Work embedded within the client's organisation while receiving the benefits and perks of [REDACTED] agency culture
• Develop creative concepts and steer the vision from brief through completion
• Guide junior team members
• Collaborate with producers, fellow creatives, internal marketing teams, and client stakeholders
• Create innovative marketing campaigns aligned with strategic and business objectives
• Balance user experience, storytelling, and commercial messaging in engaging content
• Lead brainstorms and develop original concepts
• Perform hands-on graphic design, illustration, layout, artworking, asset preparation, and storyboarding
• Build stakeholder relationships, defend ideas, and push creative thinking
• Present ideas to senior stakeholders
• Apply AI tools to enhance creative thinking and video production execution
• Quality-control content for consistency in style, quality, and tone
• Stay current with creative trends, competitors, and unconventional sources of inspiration

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio, with examples of great creative thinking across different channels
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including [REDACTED] / [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], or closely related platforms
• Experience actively applying AI tools as part of a creative workflow, particularly within video production
• Ability to lead end-to-end concept development and guide junior members from brief through completion
• Experience collaborating with producers, fellow creatives, and internal marketing teams
• Ability to build innovative marketing campaigns and ensure a strong, compelling idea underpins creative executions
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to articulate and present ideas to senior stakeholders
• Experience contributing to brainstorms and developing original concepts
• Experience with graphic design, illustration, layout, artworking, asset preparation, and storyboarding
• Knowledge of creative arts trends, competitors, and inspirational sources
• Love and understanding of mobile games and gaming culture
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent skills in the [REDACTED] package
