I would say it's absolutely important
to have a portfolio and interesting eye to those two types of portfolios.
There is an online portfolio
which is accessible through a person's personal domain,
and then there's sort of a PDF portfolio or a slide, a Google slides
portfolio, and I think they both serve different purposes.
I think an online portfolio is sort of your first phase of the work.

So a person like myself can go to that dot.com to view the work,
have an understanding of the case studies,
and it's important to map out the case studies.
I think it's important to see what was the problem you were trying to solve.
You know what success looked like.
And what was the design process you championed to get to that outcome.
And it's always wonderful to see,
you know, were you successful or were there lessons learned?
You know, every project doesn't necessarily need to be a homerun,
but it's important to show

there was something we learned and then maybe moved on
to the the next version of that, which is actually a wonderful thing to see.
And I think a PDF portfolio is something that you send to an individual
can be a little bit more comprehensive and can have a little bit more detail.
So I like to think of them as sort of two different, two different flavors.
